Booking your Essence Ritual is simple:
Select your group size and complete payment online.
Once your booking is received, our team will personally contact you to confirm your preferred date and time.
On the day, all you need to do is arrive ready to relax — everything else is prepared.
Cancellation Policy
Plans change — we understand.
Reservations can be rescheduled or refunded with at least 72 hours’ notice.
For cancellations made within 72 hours, we offer rescheduling to another available date.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows cannot be refunded, as the spa is prepared exclusively for your group.

We want your Essence Ritual to feel personal.
Celebrating a birthday, hen party, or milestone? Let us know.
We can add thoughtful touches or adapt details to make the experience unique for your group.
Simply add a note at checkout or mention it when we contact you to confirm your booking.
What to Bring
To keep your experience effortless, we provide:
Robes, towels, and spa sandals (all ready for you on arrival)
Fresh water and herbal tea throughout your stay
Please bring:
Swimwear (required for all spa experiences)
Everything else is taken care of.
