  • On the day, all you need to do is arrive ready to relax — everything else is prepared.

Cancellation Policy

Plans change — we understand.

  • Reservations can be rescheduled or refunded with at least 72 hours’ notice.

  • For cancellations made within 72 hours, we offer rescheduling to another available date.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows cannot be refunded, as the spa is prepared exclusively for your group.
