Twenty thousand steps. Two beach days. A dinner that finished at one in the morning. Barcelona does that to people, and it does it fast.

The Barcelona Reset is two hours built to undo it. You arrive to a chilled lavender towel and cool water. Then the patio spa - hammam steam to open everything up, warm jacuzzi, and out onto the terrace, where two ice baths wait: 8–12°C to ease in, 3–5°C when you're ready. Cava or water as you go. Once the heat and cold have done their work, a therapist takes over for 45 minutes and works on whatever the week actually did to you. Tea to finish.

You leave ready for the evening, not ready for bed.

  • Ice bath

    1. ARRIVE

    A chilled lavender towel and cool water. A moment to stop moving.

    2 · CIRCUIT

    Hammam and jacuzzi indoors, opening onto our terrace and two ice baths - 8–12°C to ease in, 3–5°C when you're ready. Cava or water as you go. Move between them at your own pace.

    3 · MASSAGE

    45 minutes, built around you. Legs and feet if you've been walking. Neck and shoulders if you've been travelling. Or a full body signature massage, whichever you prefer.

    Tea to finish. The rest phase is where it lands - take your time.
