Your group is welcomed with a cava and seasonal fruit reception, marking the transition from the outside world into your private urban oasis.

With exclusive access to the spa, you’ll move unhurriedly through hydrotherapy pools and hammam steam, allowing warmth and water to soften the body and quiet the mind. A guided black soap exfoliation follows - a purifying ritual rooted in tradition, designed to cleanse the skin and release tension.

At the heart of The Reset Ritual is an exclusive Cloud Foam Hammam Ritual - a weightless, enveloping moment inspired by Turkish hammam traditions. Soft, warm foam is poured and worked gently over the body, creating a profound sense of surrender and calm, and deepening the feeling of renewal.

The journey continues with personalised Natura Bissé facial treatments, where each guest receives individual attention and products tailored to their skin’s needs - a quiet, restorative moment of care using one of Spain’s most prestigious luxury skincare houses.

The experience closes with a serene herbal tea ceremony, grounding the body and mind and allowing space for reflection before returning to the world beyond the spa.
