Booking your Reset Ritual is simple:
Select your group size and complete payment online.
Once your booking is received, our team will personally contact you to confirm your preferred date and time.
We’ll guide you through any final details so that on the day, all you need to do is arrive and enjoy.
Cancellation Policy
Plans change — we understand.
Reservations can be rescheduled or refunded with at least 72 hours’ notice.
For cancellations made within 72 hours of your booking, we offer rescheduling to another available date.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows cannot be refunded, as we prepare the spa exclusively for your group.
Special Requests
We love helping you make the experience personal.
Celebrating a birthday, bridal shower, or special occasion? Let us know — we can tailor details such as a spotlight massage for the guest of honor, or adjust the flow of the ritual for your group.
