Twenty thousand steps. Two beach days. A dinner that finished at one in the morning. Barcelona does that to people, and it does it fast.

The Barcelona Reset is two hours built to undo it. You arrive to a chilled lavender towel and a glass of cava. Then the terrace is yours - hammam steam to open everything up, warm jacuzzi, and the KYMA cold plunge at 4°C to sharpen you back up. Once the heat and cold have done their work, a therapist takes over for 45 minutes and works on whatever the week actually did to you.

You leave ready for the evening, not ready for bed.

  • Ice bath

    1. ARRIVE

    Chilled lavender towel, a glass of cava or mint tea, and a moment to stop moving.

    2 · CIRCUIT

    Hammam, jacuzzi and the KYMA ice bath at 4°C. Move between them at your own pace.

    3 · MASSAGE

    45 minutes, built around you. Legs and feet if you've been walking. Neck and shoulders if you've been travelling. Or simply everything.

    Tea in the shaded chill-out area. The rest phase is where it lands - take your time.
