A calm, open-air retreat in the heart of Eixample, where cold meets heat under the sky - and where the summer heat doesn't follow you in. At its centre sits the KYMA ice bath, a true cold plunge, designed and engineered in Barcelona set on a private terrace alongside a hammam, jacuzzi and shaded chill-out space to complete the ritual.
Cold to wake and reset, heat to soften and release - a full hour to ease tired muscles, quiet a busy mind, and step back into your day feeling genuinely renewed. Whether you've just landed, you're shaking off a long night or a long week, or recovering after training, contrast bathing meets you where you are.
Move between all four stations at your own pace - shared with a few others, or the whole terrace entirely your own. A rare pocket of calm, tucked away from the busy streets of the city.

KYMA ICE BATH
The centrepiece, and what sets us apart - a true cold plunge, not a cold shower or a fountain. Precisely chilled and purpose-built, engineered and designed in Barcelona by KYMA. Short, bracing immersions that sharpen the mind and leave you clear-headed and alive.

STEAM HAMMAM
Warm, enveloping steam to open the body, ease tired muscles and draw the tension out between cold rounds.

JACUZZI
Warm water and gentle movement to relax and recover - the soothing counterpoint that completes the contrast.

CHILL ZONE
Between rounds, retreat to the shaded patio to let everything settle. The rest phase is where the benefit of contrast bathing truly lands, so take your time here.

Private - €200 Reserve the whole spa terrace for you and your group of up to four - the ice bath, hammam and jacuzzi, entirely your own.
What's included: Towel, robe, flip-flops and an electrolyte recovery elixir to finish. Just bring your swimwear and arrive ready to reset.

Contrast therapy isn't suitable during pregnancy or with certain heart or blood-pressure conditions. If you're unsure, please check with your doctor first.
MAKE IT A FULL RESET
Turn your hour into a complete reset. Add either to your booking, or ask our team on arrival.
30-minute massage — +€40. Targeted release to work out whatever the journey, the training or the night before left behind.

Electrolyte recovery elixir — included. Rehydrate and reset, on the house.

The Hangover Cure - private group recovery
The big one. Rally up to four of you onto our private terrace for the full reset: the contrast circuit, electrolyte elixirs all round, and a round of recovery massages and facials - built for the morning after the night before, or to charge up before you go again.
