We've all had that morning. The Morning After is our private recovery ritual for up to four - the full reset, delivered in style on a terrace that's entirely yours. A real ice bath to wake the dead, warm steam to soften the edges, a massage to undo the damage, a glow facial to give you your face back, and a very cold electrolyte elixir served in a golden cup, because you've earned it.
You arrive fragile. You leave like it never happened. Consider it doctor's orders - we're not doctors, but the ice bath doesn't lie.
The full treatment
For €145 per person, the private terrace and the whole ritual are yours:
Private Recovery & Reset circuit - the KYMA ice bath, hammam, jacuzzi and shaded chill-out, just for your group
A 30-minute recovery massage - to work out whatever last night left behind
Carboxi-Express glow facial - our radiance-boosting CO₂ treatment, for skin that looks like it slept
Electrolyte recovery elixir - on ice, in gold, to rehydrate and reset
Robes, slippers and towels - just bring swimwear

The circuit runs in rounds - warm, cold, soothe, rest - repeated two or three times. Each round opens the body a little more.
Warm. Start in the hammam. The steam opens you up and loosens everything the night left behind.
Plunge. Into the ice bath. Bracing, brief, and the moment the fog lifts.
Soothe. Into the warm jacuzzi, where the body settles and the contrast does its work.
Rest. Retreat to the shaded chill-out — then go again, two or three rounds in total.
Then, once you're reset:
Surrender. A 30-minute massage to put the body back together.
Glow. The Carboxi facial - the one that makes you look annoyingly well-rested.
Toast. The elixir, ice-cold and gold. To the night before, the day you just got back and more nights to come!

Because it's fully private and fully staffed, The Morning After is made to order - we need a little notice to have everything, and everyone, ready for you. Get in touch at least 48 hours ahead and we'll take care of the rest.
