Step 2: Receive Your Confirmation
After payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number / gift voucher reference.

Step 3: Contact Reception to Choose the Date & Time
Your massage is not automatically scheduled when the gift is purchased.

To book the appointment, the recipient simply needs to contact our reception team and provide the order number or voucher reference:
